My Connection to Egypt and The Divine Feminine

𓋹 The Return To My Soul

My love for Egypt has been a thread that has woven through my life since childhood. It’s a connection that goes beyond fascination; it’s a soul-deep resonance that I believe many sensitive souls might share, even if they don’t fully understand why.

I was fortunate to have a grandmother who opened the door to spirituality for me at a young age. Although my family wasn’t particularly religious or spiritual in the conventional sense, my grandmother had an insatiable curiosity for the mysteries of life. She had shelves full of books on everything from Buddhism to Tibetan spirituality, and, of course, ancient Egypt.

From a young age, I was captivated by the images of Egyptian temples and the sacred land of Kemet. There was something about the beauty and mysticism of Egypt that called to me, even as a child. I remember feeling a deep grief, a sense of loss that I couldn’t quite understand. It was as if I had arrived on this earth too late, missing some important connection or family that was no longer here.

This feeling of being out of place persisted for many years. I felt like I didn’t belong, like I was searching for something just out of reach. In those pre-internet days, it was even harder to find like-minded souls or information that resonated with the deep yearnings of my heart. But through it all, Egypt remained a beacon, a symbol of a spiritual home I longed to return to.

My connection with Egypt deepened over time, and about eight months ago, I embarked on a profound journey into Egyptian Tantra mentorship. This experience was transformative, allowing me to connect more deeply with the Egyptian pantheon, especially with the goddess Isis.

𓋹 The Goddess Isis

Immerse yourself in the mystical ambiance with this beautiful, soul-stirring music:

Isis is not just a goddess; she is an embodiment of divine energy that transcends time and space. She is connected to healing, magic, and motherhood—each of which represents profound transformation. As women, the journey of motherhood, whether physical or symbolic, is an alchemical process. We are constantly birthing new aspects of ourselves, transforming and evolving in ways that mirror the cycles of nature.

Isis has been a constant presence in my life, always ready to offer her guidance and support. Her energy is powerful but also soft and nurturing. She teaches us that true strength lies in vulnerability, that love is the most powerful force of all.

There was a moment, not too long ago, when I was struggling with the state of the world. The chaos and uncertainty were weighing heavily on me, and I was trying desperately to stay grounded, to feel connected to my body and the wisdom it holds. In the midst of this struggle, Isis stepped in.

At first, when she said, “I am here,” I thought she had come to offer her support, reaching out to me with her hand. I was grateful, of course, feeling that divine connection, but she quickly made it clear that this was not about her just being present.

She looked at me with those piercing eyes that see straight into your soul and said, “No, no, no. I am here.” As she brought her hand closer to me, she wasn’t just offering comfort; she was showing me that she was already within me, deep inside my heart.

This experience was a profound reminder that the divine is not something external. It’s not something we need to reach for or seek out. It’s already within us, always present, always loving. Isis showed me that her energy, her wisdom, is something I carry inside of me, something we all carry within us.

𓋹 Connect To The Divine Feminine

As I continued to explore the depths of my spiritual connection with Isis, I found myself drawn to another powerful figure in the divine feminine lineage: Mary Magdalene. While often misunderstood in traditional narratives, Mary Magdalene's story is one of profound spiritual mastery and sacred partnership. She wasn’t just a follower of Yeshua (Jesus); she was a priestess in her own right—a priestess of Isis.

In the ancient traditions, the teachings of Isis were considered highly mystical and transformative, often passed down through sacred lineages. Mary Magdalene was one of those who carried this wisdom within her. She fully embodied the teachings of Isis, integrating them into her physical being and her life. This connection to Isis made her a powerful spiritual teacher and healer, much more than history often portrays.

Understanding Mary Magdalene as an Isis priestess adds another layer to her story. It reminds us that the divine feminine energy she carried was ancient, powerful, and deeply connected to the sacred traditions of Egypt. Her journey, like ours, was about remembering and embodying this divine wisdom in the physical world.

𓋹 Embracing Feminine Energy

But there is a deeper lesson here, one that goes beyond the stories of Mary Magdalene and Isis. It’s a lesson about the Divine Feminine itself, an energy that often struggles to find its place in a world that prioritizes action, doing, and outward achievements. The Divine Feminine is not about constant action; it is a magnetic force, a powerful vibration that attracts rather than pursues. It is receptive, nurturing, and deeply connected to the mysteries of life.

In our modern world, where so much emphasis is placed on the external—the doing, the achieving, the outward successes—many of us, especially women, find it challenging to embody the qualities of the Divine Feminine. We are taught to be active, to give, to constantly do more. But the Divine Feminine teaches us the opposite: it teaches us to be, to receive, to allow. It’s about creating space within ourselves for the divine to flow through, for the wisdom of the heart to guide us.

This is a reminder for all of us, but particularly for highly sensitive people who often feel overwhelmed by the demands of the outer world. The Divine Feminine invites us to turn inward, to trust in our inner knowing, and to allow ourselves to be guided by the rhythms of our soul rather than the pressures of society.

In the months that followed my deepening connection with Isis, I continued to explore this connection to the Divine Feminine. And it was during this time that I felt a growing resonance with Mary Magdalene. Through her sacred union with Yeshua, she not only embodied divine love but also demonstrated how the wisdom of Isis could be lived out in the physical world.

The stories of Isis and Mary Magdalene are not just stories; they are invitations. They invite us to reconnect with the sacred within ourselves, to honor the feminine energy that is often pushed aside in our fast-paced, achievement-oriented world.

As we embrace the qualities of the Divine Feminine—receptivity, intuition, nurturing, and inner strength—we begin to remember our true essence and that we carry within us the wisdom of the ages, passed down through our soul lineage.

Whether we connect with Isis, Mary Magdalene, or another divine presence, I encourage you to trust in that connection. Trust in the wisdom of your heart, in the lineage of your soul. We are all on this journey together, and the divine is always here, within us, waiting to be discovered.

With love,

Fleur
