For a long time, I felt like I wasn’t equipped for the harshness of what some might call this masculine world. I often felt isolated and unsure of where I fit in. I carried the weight of burnout, the emotional toll of challenging relationships, and a deep sense of uncertainty about my place in life. But through these trials, I found a hidden strength.
I learned to transmute pain into growth, grief into peace, and overwhelm into power. Each small step on this journey brought me closer to who I am—a truth rooted in the deep feminine energy of intuition, flow, and connection.
Now, I’ve committed myself to helping others who feel lost in their own darkness. I believe that we’re all here during this pivotal time to guide the world’s evolution and to reignite the feminine essence that so many of us, especially women, have forgotten or never fully embraced.

Before we begin working together, I believe it’s important for you to know a bit more about who I am and what brought me here. My journey wasn’t a straight line, it was shaped by my own struggles, triumphs, and a profound reconnection to my feminine essence.
For over a decade, I built a career in project management, crafting a life that looked successful on the outside. But beneath the polished surface, I was deeply unfulfilled. A quiet, persistent voice inside me kept asking, "Is this all there is? Is this the life I’m meant to live?" I pushed that voice aside, focusing on doing more, achieving more, and keeping it all together. But inside, I felt empty and disconnected, and it terrified me.
The truth is, I had cut myself off from my sensitivity; a core part of who I am. Growing up, I’d absorbed the message that sensitivity was a weakness, so I leaned heavily into my masculine energy: doing, achieving, and protecting myself from the vulnerabilities of life. But this disconnection from the intuitive, flowing, and creative part of me left me in a state of survival. I was pushing back the energy that was meant to flow through me, keeping me stuck in burnout, anxiety, and numbness.
My turning point came when I could no longer ignore the call of my body and soul. I realized that sensitivity wasn’t my weakness; it was my superpower. Through wellness and embodiment practices, I began to heal and reconnect with my feminine energy. I learned to trust in the flow, to soften into my intuition, and to magnetize what I truly desired instead of chasing it.
This journey wasn’t just about healing, it was about remembering. I remembered the creative, intuitive, sensitive woman I had always been and began to honor her as my greatest strength.

People often ask me why I’m so passionate about the work I do. The truth is, my journey to becoming a spiritual mentor and energy practitioner was born out of a deep need to understand both the seen and unseen forces that shape our lives. I firmly believe in the power of blending scientific knowledge with spiritual wisdom to create a holistic approach to healing.
I understand the world through the lens of both science and spirituality, and I integrate both into my practice. My background in environmental science gives me a deep appreciation for the physical world and the laws that govern it, while my spiritual journey has taught me about the unseen energies that influence our lives. Breathwork: This technique is essential for regulating the nervous system, reducing stress, and promoting emotional release. By guiding you through specific breathing patterns, we can help you reconnect with your body and manage your emotional responses more effectively.
Egyptian Tantra: This practice deepens your connection to the archetypal energies surrounding us and enhances your understanding of the sacredness of your feminine and masculine essence. It’s a profound way to reconnect with the intuitive and creative aspects of yourself.

Looking back, my long-term discomfort and burnout were blessings in disguise. They were unmistakable signs that I was out of alignment with my true purpose and disconnected from the most powerful parts of myself.
